Job Description

Client liaison, responsible for scheduling, managing and tracking all requests, workflow and deadlines using multiple FileMaker Pro databases. Applicant will work directly with the executives, operators and vendors in order to meet the requirements and expectations of our clients.

Experience and Skills

Candidate must have knowledge of post industry nomenclature and have the ability to handle multiple assignments and projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. Must also be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency with FileMaker Pro, Adobe Professional, Excel, Word and Outlook are required. The ideal candidate will possess post-production scheduling experience, excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
