Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will focus on billing, perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate invoices for services performed
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Experience and Skills

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or accounting
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • FileMaker experience is a plus
