Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have QuickBooks experience and know how to use Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate invoices for services performed
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

 

Experience and Skills

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Strong knowledge in QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge in MS Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • FileMaker experience is a plus
